Oshkosh is a great place to see fall color. The community’s many parks, combined with Lake Winnebago and the Fox River, provide endless autumn views. Here are three of the best places to enjoy the full range of breathtaking hues this fall.

Menominee Park  Located along Lake Winnebago, this wooded park provides visitors with great views of the lake and lots of tall, leafy trees. Stroll along Miller’s Bay or around the pond. Or, just relax on the green grass and take in the scenery.

Wiouwash State Trail – Running north from Oshkosh, the Wiowash State Trail takes bicyclists and hikers out into the countryside to enjoy autumn views. The level trail is suitable for walkers and bikers of every ability level. The trail runs for 21 miles to Hortonville.

Oshkosh Riverwalk – This new walkway runs north from downtown Oshkosh and provides wonderful views of the river. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the crisp fall air and picturesque waterscapes.
