Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh Afternoon Tea
This fall, girls ages 7-10 are participating in a Character, Etiquette & Afternoon Tea program sponsored by Kimberly-Clark Foundation where they will learn about manners, self-esteem, healthy lifestyles, how to treat others and themselves with respect and more. (As it was not possible to run this program during the summertime this year, it was rescheduled for October-November.)
***A tea party at the Club attended by staff and girls in the program with tea service and desserts catered in by TJ's Highland Steakhouse will be their reward for completing five character and etiquette classes. While we would love to celebrate their accomplishments in person with women from the community as we always have in the past, due to Covid-19 this year we just ask that you cheer for our girls from afar and sponsor their participation in this impactful program. We greatly look forward to holding the Afternoon Tea in person again in 2021!***
If you would like to support this event, you can sponsor a young lady from the Boys & Girls Club to participate in the Character, Etiquette & Afternoon Tea program or purchase a corporate sponsorship here: https://bgcosh.org/events-news/afternoon-tea/register/
