Whiskey Dinner Series #5: Bourbon Reserve Dinner
For our next whiskey dinner we have saved all of our specially allocated bourbon from late 2019 which will be featured all in one night. Our team has gathered 5 of the most highly sought after bourbons around and created food pairings with each one. These bourbons can be hard to find so this will be an event you will not want to miss. Seating is extremely limited so make sure to reserve a spot quickly. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase The Howard Whistle Pig Single Barrel Pick for $10 off on the evening of the event.
Timeline: Join us for cocktails in theLanes as early as 5PM. Dinner begins in the Great Hall at 6:30PM.

Henry Mckenna 10 Year + Blue crab rice- lump blue crab with Carolina golden rice, sweet corn and an old bay butter sauce
Weller 12 Year + “Chicken ‘n’ Waffle”- black pepper breaded chicken served over house waffle and finished with bourbon maple syrup
George T. Stagg Antique Collection + Braised beef shortrib topped with egg yolk raviolo, wilted spinach and truffle butter mounted demi-glace
Elijah Craig Barrel Strength + Peach galette with bourbon ice cream
