Ready for the hidden gem of Chinese food in Oshkosh!? Look no further than Fuki Steak House and Sushi! Located at 2010 W 9th Ave, they have some absolutely delicious food! Fuki was opened 5 years ago by Owner Ryan, and they have been serving Oshkosh some unique dishes since. Read along to see all of Hudak’s favorites and maybe you will find some new ones of your own to try!
Appetizers Always
My go-to appetizer is always edamame so we had to get some to try out. As always, delicious! If you haven’t had edamame, it is a soybean in the pod, served steamed with coarse salt on top. Simple and delicious!
We always have to sample a sushi roll or two! This time we got the American Dream Roll, which is cooked shrimp tempura and avocado inside topped with fresh mango and lobster sauce! Fresh everytime, you have to try it! The other roll I always recommend is the Angry Dragon Roll which is shrimp tempura and spicy tuna inside topped with spicy crab meat and eel sauce! Spice lovers, you have to try it!
Fuki Favorites
Onto the main courses! When I say this is our go to chinese food spot in Oshkosh, I am not joking! It is so good everytime! Our server, Louis, mentioned that his favorite menu item is the Pork Ramen. I agreed with him that their ramen is delicious and we ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen! It has ramen noodles, spicy grilled chicken, bamboo shoots, veggies, soft egg and extra veggies. You can pick what kind of broth, and I always go with the spicy miso! So much flavor! Highly recommend it!
Our next go to is their Coconut Chicken! (Always get it with the fried rice!) This is served with a sweet coconut sauce and is truly next level. Get a side of sriracha to make it even better!
Where are my spice fans at? Kung Pao Shrimp at Fuki is the best around! It is served with a TON of veggies, (celery, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, etc), the best shrimp and a slightly spicy sauce that makes you want to keep eating! As always, get it with the fried rice, it’s the best!
