Near The University

UW Oshkosh is Wisconsin's third largest university in the state and welcomes thousands of students, parents and other event-goers throughout the year. Travelers looking to stay near the university can choose between on- and off-campus lodging, depending on the event and affiliation with the university.

The closest and most popular hotel is the Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center or travelers can opt for the cozy Braywood Inn, both of which are a short drive or easy walk to campus. The UW Oshkosh Gruenhagen Conference Center is a popular place for travelers to stay during EAA AirVenture. Gruenhagen and other university dorms are generally not open for public lodging so it is best to contact them before planning your trip.
