OSHKOSH, Wis., March 26, 2026 – Bare Bones Brewery, Fifth Ward Brewing Company, and Fox River Brewing Company have once again joined forces to create a special Oshkosh collaboration beer, Oshkosh on the Water, debuting during Oshkosh Craft Beer Week, April 2–12. Brewed locally in Oshkosh, this limited release will be available at participating breweries throughout the city and featured in select cocktails and spirits at Sturgeon Spirits Craft Distillery.
 

“Oshkosh Craft Beer Week is a 10-day celebration of the incredible craft beer scene that makes our community so unique,” said Amy Albright, executive director of Discover Oshkosh. “With 30 local businesses pouring Oshkosh on the Water on tap and in cans, it’s the perfect time to explore, sip and try something new.”
 

This collaboration brew takes inspiration from popular beers from all three breweries, to bring you a refreshing lager with a crisp, refined flavor and a clean finish. The perfect beer to pair with any meal and any occasion.

The 30 participating businesses include Bare Bones Brewery, Fifth Ward Brewing Company, Fox River Brewing Company, Sturgeon Spirits Craft Distillery, Bar 430, Barley and Hops, Becket’s, Chester V’s, Deb’s Spare Time, Dublin’s, Fairways on Main, Festival Foods (Oshkosh), Fletch’s Local Tap House, Friar Tuck’s, Gabe’s WI Kitchen and Tavern, Game Time Sports Bar, Gardina’s, Jeff’s on Rugby, Mr. Brews Taphouse, Oblio’s, Oshkosh Country Club / TJ’s Highland, Oshkosh Food Co-op, Parker John’s, Pete’s Garage, Player’s Pizza, Ratch and Deb’s, Ruby Owl, Terry’s Lounge, TJ’s Harbor, Wagner Market, X-Golf Oshkosh.
 

During Oshkosh’s Craft Beer Week, participants have the chance to win a limited-edition Oshkosh on the Water swag, including stickers and hats by sharing their photos with Discover Oshkosh. Each brewery will offer special promotions and events throughout the week.

Patrons can enjoy the Oshkosh on the Water brew in a limited-edition cup - yours to take home - when purchased at one of the three participating breweries or in a specialty cocktail at Sturgeon Spirits.
