There’s nothing quite like a college reunion — the laughs pick up right where we left off, the stories get better (and funnier) with time, and of course, there’s plenty of food and drinks along the way. Our UWO girls’ reunion day in Oshkosh was the perfect mix of nostalgia and new memories, and it reminded us why this city will always feel like home!

We kicked things off at the Oshkosh Farmers Market, weaving through the stands of fresh flowers, baked goods, and local produce. The energy downtown on a Saturday morning is unmatched — live music, friendly faces, and all the small-town charm that makes Oshkosh so special.

From there, we didn’t make it far before stopping at Piloras Food Truck for some comfort food to fuel our adventure. Next up was a quick stop at Fletch’s to toast the day with a cold beverage (because reunions deserve cheers).

Shopping downtown was a must, and we found treasures while wandering through local shops. At Can Can, we picked up some beautiful jewelry — a little sparkle to remember the day by.

The day got even better when we stopped to listen to live music at Oshkosh Jazz Fest, soaking in the sounds and the lively atmosphere that makes downtown Oshkosh so vibrant.

Of course, no Oshkosh reunion would be complete without a Bloody Mary at Mabel’s, and they did not disappoint. Then we swung by the Oshkosh Area Community Pantry fundraiser at Barley & Hops — a meaningful stop that reminded us how this community continues to come together!

Later, we headed to Fox River Brewing Company for an appetizer with a view by the water before popping into Oblio’s — an Oshkosh classic that always feels like a step back into our college days.

We even made our way to Sometimes at Pioneer Island to catch the Packers game, because no Wisconsin reunion is complete without cheering on the green and gold.

Dinner was at Pete’s, where we laughed so hard our cheeks hurt, swapping stories over plates of food that hit the spot. And finally, we wrapped up the night at the home of “Kelly’s for OneKelly’s, where the tradition of late-night storytelling and laughter carried on until the very end.

It was the perfect Oshkosh day — filled with good food, music, drinks, shopping, and most importantly, the kind of friendship that only grows stronger with time. Here’s to many more UWO girls’ reunions in the years ahead!
