Ready for a day 'chalk' full of fun! Mark your calendars for our annual Downtown Oshkosh Chalk Walk presented by Community First Credit Union on August 1th, 2026!
What is the Chalk Walk?
Artists and community members of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate in this beloved Downtown tradition. Throughout the day, artists transform the sidewalks surrounding Opera House Square (315 N. Main Street) into vibrant, colorful works of chalk art. Whether you're picking up chalk yourself or simply strolling through to watch the artwork come to life, there is something for everyone. Expect food, live music, and family-friendly activities throughout the day and best of all, it's completely free to attend!
Rain date: August 8th
