Oshkosh Waterfest Rocking the Fox
Oshkosh Waterfest is a music concert series along the Fox River at the Leach Amphitheater every Thursday from June to August. Attendees can enjoy beautiful Wisconsin summer nights jamming to an awesome lineup of all genres. If you show up when the gates open at 6 p.m., admission price is cheaper. Music plays until about 11 p.m. Up to 7,500 fans who attend the shows each week hang out downtown before or after the show at Oshkosh’s many patios, beer gardens and comedy shows. People can dock along the Oshkosh Riverwalk and enjoy local food vendors at the Leach concession stands.
Oshkosh Main Street Music Festival
The Oshkosh Main Street Music Festival is a free music festival in the streets of Downtown Oshkosh the last weekend in July. This music festival celebrates local talent with more than 100 musicians, artists, comedians and entertainers. Artists perform inside bars and restaurants, and on outdoor stages set up outside of downtown venues.
Lifest
Lifest is an annual Christian music festival at the Sunnyview Expo Center every summer. Some headliners in the past have included Skillet, Newsboys, Tenth Avenue North, Michael W. Smith, Matt Maher and Matthew West.
An average of 20,000 attendees partake in the festivities each day. Lifest has about 100 artists on six stages, speakers and seminars, and games and activities, such as dodgeball, archery, 5K, prayer journeys and more. On-site camping and daily passes are available.
