Slow Roll Oshkosh Returns for 2026 Season with Seven Community Rides Across the City

OSHKOSH, Wis., May 12, 2026 — Slow Roll Oshkosh, the city's free, social community bike ride series, returns for its 2026 season on Tuesday, May 19.

Designed to be slow, social, and welcoming for riders of all ages and skill levels, Slow Roll Oshkosh offers leisurely guided rides through Oshkosh's most scenic and historic streets. Each ride is approximately five miles - about an hour of fresh air, good company, and a city worth seeing slowly.

Riders gather at 5:30 p.m. and roll out together at 6:30 p.m. No registration, no race, no pressure - any bike, any age, any skill level is welcome.

"Slow Roll is one of the most welcoming community events of the entire summer," said Amy Albright, Executive Director of Discover Oshkosh. "Any bike, any age, any pace. It's the easiest way to meet your neighbors, see Oshkosh from a new angle, and remember that this city is best experienced slowly."

The 2026 season features seven rides, each launching from a different local gathering spot:

All rides are free to join and require no advance registration. Each route is roughly five miles in length, making the ride accessible to first-time and casual cyclists alike. Riders are encouraged to bring lights if planning to stay out past sunset later in the season.
