DORA stands for Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area and was introduced to Downtown Oshkosh in 2022! DORA allows people to carry alcoholic drinks in public spaces within a designated area in Downtown Oshkosh. Locals and tourists can enjoy a stroll -- and a drink! Beer, wine, & cocktails can be consumed inside DORA boundaries by purchasing drinks from participating DORA establishments.
Current DORA hours for Downtown Oshkosh:
Wednesday – Friday: 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday: 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Note: You must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol, beverages must be purchased at participating liquor establishments, and drinks must be in unbreakable transparent or semi-transparent cups (no glass allowed).

Music on Main
Enjoy live music and fun in Opera House Square every Wednesday in June-August during Music on Main! Grab your favorite meal or beverage from one of our downtown restaurants and enjoy music from various local artists. Find the full line up here!
Waterfest
On select Thursdays throughout the summer, enjoy live music at Waterfest at the Leach Amphitheater! Plan to enjoy appetizers or dinner with friends beforehand at one of Oshkosh's local restaurants, then take your drinks to go on your walk to the Leach!
