Friends, I’ve tasted Hollandaise from New York to California, and I’m here to tell you, Deb's Spare Time can compete on the world Hollandaise stage. I’ll never forget my first Saturday breakfast at Debs! I walked in, no clue that this cozy little bar on Harrison Street was a kind of a foodie hideaway. I quote, from my life-long-breakfast-enthusiast wife: “Deb’s is the best Hollandaise Sauce I’ve ever had.” Since then, omelets, char-grilled burgers, pizzas, and a Friday Fish Fry that I dream about, have all come across my palate at Deb’s. Weekday afternoons, you might catch neighborhood seniors playing cribbage and telling stories–if you have time, they might regale you with a tall tale! On Saturdays, Deb’s starts getting fun around 3:30pm. Here’s your chance to hang with friendly Oshkoshians in a fun bar with a ton of personality! Hope to see you there!
