112 Years of Jerry's in Oshkosh

Meet Jerry’s Bar, a 4th generation family owned tavern where you can mix-n-mingle with fishermen + women of all ages!  It’s like a movie set, but it's for real. Oshkosh’s oldest bar at 112 years young, and notably the ‘Official Home of the Otter Street Fishing Club’. Jerry’s is where I bring my city friends to see Paul Bednarek’s trophy sturgeon and soak in some gen-u-ine Wisconsin vibes. Even ordinary non-sporty people like me can immerse deep into the sportsman ‘rizz!

Pat’s Tips:

  • Jerry’s homemade bar pizza is incredible, don’t think twice just order some!
  • Amazing collection of vintage beer taps. Boomer alert: be careful not to strain our neck looking at the ceiling for hours for the beer tap of our youths.
  • Jerry’s rocks when Lake Winnebago freezes solid. By February it’s a weigh station and HQ for February sturgeon spearing season–a bucket list item for any serious Wisconsin memory-maker. Check out Oshkosh's local ice fishing scene here!
  • Fun merch, I have a Jerry’s hoodie and it’s my favorite, plus the Dakota Dan red plaid cap tells the world you are a fan of Jerry’s Bar!
