Welcome to our Oshkosh Artisan Series, where you can join Pat and discover three local food + beverage creators who offer Oshkosh-ians the freshest tastes anywhere! For one incredible PATio party, we brought together our friends from: Wagner Market, Sunken Paddle Ciderworks, and Thunderbird Bakery. Each of these locally owned businesses has amazing signature products that will elevate even the simplest meal into an elegant PATio party!

Wagner Market

502 N Main St, Downtown Oshkosh

Pat loves this place on so many levels, but it all starts at the meat counter, showcasing 30+ flavors of handmade bratwurst. Meanwhile, 400 varieties of craft beer surround you, one hundred Wisconsin cheeses entice you, and the made-from-scratch deli will be the star of your PATio party! Stop into Wagner Market and say Hi to Chef Rueben, Mike the boss, Sara the real boss, and tell them Pat sent you!

Pat, the Oshkosh Tour Guide you never knew you needed, is featured in the latest Why I Love Oshkosh episode featuring a Patio Party at Beckets

Sunken Paddle Ciderworks

544 W. 17th Ave

Doug and Spencer are former brewers turned cider enthusiasts, and they blend a crisp, bone-dry hard cider. The guys open up their urban nano (meaning tiny) cidery on Friday + Saturday only, where you can taste ciders like Grapefruit Hops Yo + Hibiscus Cinnamon Perry. If you stop by Sunken Paddle Ciderworks, you can buy direct from the cidery! You can also buy Sunken Paddle locally at Wagner Market and the Oshkosh Food Co-op.

Thunderbird Bakery & Cafe

959 W.6th Ave

Hello Rustic Sourdough! Trent the baker gets up every day at 4am and bakes incredible sourdough, handcrafted pastries and sweet treats, so that we can sleep in - but still have fresh bread daily. Meanwhile Lizz slays the day with a Breakfast Sausage Roll - Wagner Market brats nestled inside a flaky, sourdough pastry dough and drizzled with spicy maple dipping sauce. Run, don’t walk to Thunderbird Bakery & Cafe right now and taste if for yourself!
